About us

The High Performance Distributed Systems (HPDS) group is based at the Department of Computer Science at the University of Tromsø in Norway.

We do research in distributed and parallel systems, large-scale datasets and on human computer interaction. We use a 22 megapixel high-resolution, wall-sized tiled display and a number of clusters to conduct our research. Check out our videos for an idea of what we're up to.
